Politique de remboursement
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn, unused, and unwashed
- in its original condition with tags attached
- in the original packaging when possible
- accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at hi@zephrina.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- sale items
- gift cards
- personalized or custom items
- items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item if eligible and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
